Ventura Distribution acts as a food product broker and distributor, connecting suppliers with commercial clients including restaurants, retailers, and food service businesses. Product availability, pricing, and delivery terms are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders are subject to approval and availability.
Prices are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
Full payment terms (e.g., Net 15, Net 30) must be agreed upon in writing.
Late payments may incur interest or penalties as outlined in your client agreement.

4. Delivery

We work with our clients to coordinate timely and reliable deliveries. While we strive for accuracy and punctuality, Ventura Distribution is not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, transportation disruptions, supplier delays).

5. Returns and Claims

Due to the perishable nature of food products, all claims or concerns (e.g., quality issues or shortages) must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Returns are only accepted with prior authorization.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ventura Distribution is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or products. Our liability is limited to the value of the product(s) sold.
